Rejuvenate Your Spirits
with Reiki Energy Healing
What is Reiki?
An energy healing modality
Reiki (靈氣) was initially popularized in Japan. Rei means universal, and ki stands for life force energy. Ki is also known as chi or prana. It’s the same as the energy you can cultivate through doing tai chi, qigong, or yoga.
Reiki practitioners have learned how to channel this energy to others to help promote relaxation, wellness, and energy flow.
A complementary practice
It can be used as a complementary practice alongside conventional treatments. According to an American Hospitals Association survey, Reiki is one of the top three complementary in-patient therapies in U.S. hospitals.
More than 800 hospitals in the US offer Reiki services for patients, including: Mount Sinai, Mayo Clinic, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, New York-Presbyterian, and Cleveland Clinic.
What to expect from a session?
I currently offer hour long reiki sessions by appointments only. There will be a brief check-in and some time to relax after your session. Schedule session →

Your invitation to experience Reiki
For the month of February, I’m offering special introductory pricing for sessions. Whether it’s your first time trying reiki or you’ve experienced it before, I’m here to support you.
Hello! My name is Vivian or 素韵 (pure grace) in Chinese.
I’ve struggled with depression, stress, and anxiety for most of my life. As a result, I’ve spent a lot of time and energy searching for ways to support and heal myself. After countless therapy sessions and somatic exercises, I tried reiki and found myself supported in a way that I hadn’t been before through a holistic mind, body, and spirit connection. I’ve reached a point in my healing journey where I’m able to serve others and share my skills and gifts.
I’m certified Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho levels 1 + 2 from an ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher. Whether you’re struggling to get through the day-to-day or undergoing a deep period of grief, I hope to provide the support that you need.
